Our Story
We're Cait and Sarah—best friends since middle school and Bend, Oregon natives. After years of attending weddings, MC'ing celebrations, and officiating heartfelt ceremonies, we knew we wanted to create something special.
Our name tells our whole story: Cait's middle name, Margot, comes from her grandmother—she's the laid-back, alternative spirit. Sarah's grandmother is Betty—she brings a unique but grounded elegance. Together, we cover the full spectrum of what a beautiful wedding looks like.

What We Do

How It Works
4–6 Weeks Before
We sit down with you, learn how you envision the day, and start building a detailed schedule. We'll connect with your vendors, review every moving piece, and make sure nothing is overlooked.
The Day Before
We visit your ceremony and reception sites to make sure everything is in place. Then we lead your rehearsal, guiding the wedding party through the ceremony so everyone knows exactly what to do.
Your Wedding Day
From vendor arrivals to the final dance announcement, we're orchestrating every detail behind the scenes. You focus on your partner and your people. We'll make sure the rest just happens.

A day-of coordinator steps in on your wedding day to manage all the moving parts—vendors, timeline, wedding party, guests, and anything unexpected. We're not full planners; we take over after most of your planning is done so you can actually enjoy your day.
We connect with you 4–6 weeks before the wedding to build your timeline and confirm details with vendors. The day before, we're at your rehearsal. Then we're with you all day on your wedding day.
Absolutely. We celebrate all couples—traditional, non-traditional, and everything in between. We proudly support LGBTQ+ weddings and love working with couples whose visions are uniquely their own.
Bend is our home base, but we're happy to discuss events in the surrounding area. Just reach out and we'll see what we can make work!
